CITIZENS CHARTER OF
KERALA ROAD FUND BOARD
1. Vision:-
Facilitate investments in transport facility projects in the state of Kerala.
2. Mission:-
The mission of the Kerala Road Fund Board is to act as a funding agency for providing financial assistance in respect of transport facility projects in the state.
3. Who we are:-
Kerala Road Fund Board is a statutory board established by the State Government having perpetual succession and a common seal with power, to acquire, hold and dispose of property, both movable and immovable and to contract and shall by the said name sue and be sued. It runs mainly on budgetary support as 10% of the total motor tax collection of the state.

The mission is proposed to be achieved through the following functions:

Kerala Road Fund Board is implementing the Thiruvananthapuram City Road Improvement Project as a BOT - Annuity project which includes development of the following roads in the city and its maintenance for 15 years.

Action has also been initiated for implementing City Road Improvement Projects in Kozhikode and Kochi.
